1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (after discounts and before tax), applicable to domestic U.S. addresses only.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship through reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on location, shipping method, and order size.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to wrong address entry

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery date
  • Provide photos (if applicable)
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Some products (such as aerosol-based) may have restrictions due to shipping regulations
