At Trusoil USA, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

1.4. Shipping Costs
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited and Overnight options will be charged according to carrier rates.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Orders can be canceled or changed before shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
