At Trusoil USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the original packaging
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used car care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if product is damaged or defective)

Do not send your return without contacting us first – unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Contact your credit card provider or payment processor
